Marketing and Sales are responsible for positioning flower and vegetable varieties in the international market, generating sales, introducing new varieties and maintaining relationships with current customers and key players in the market.
As Account Manager Vegetables, you will be responsible for generating sales for an assigned customer portfolio in Poland through account management. In addition, as Product Manager you are the knowledge specialist for a product (vegetables) portfolio, ensuring the required innovation, quality and quantity of these products.

Job description
Account management, and crop support
- You pursue your sales targets and develop customized sales strategies that are tailored to your customers’ needs.
- By building strong customer relationships and continuously acquiring new partners, you will continuously expand your network
- You analyze the market and keep your Senior Account & Product Manager Vegetables Poland informed of current developments through your proactive communication.
- You use your knowledge to support your customers in selecting varieties and make cultivation recommendations.
- Through regular international product days, you will develop into a professional for onion and brassica varieties and their specific requirements.
- You will supervise field trials to evaluate the performance of varieties.
- You will support the local execution of marketing initiative. Youโll work closely with the central marketing team to adapt and activate campaigns in your region. This includes helping to organize local events, open days and trade shows, as well as supporting digital initiatives such as regional social media or email campaigns. You should have a natural interest in marketing, be digitally savvy and enjoy bringing strategies to life on a local level. Guidance and tools will be provided by the HQ marketing team, but we count on your proactive attitude to make things happen in the field.
Profile
Experienced specialist for sales and agriculture
Requirements
- Business and agricultural background: You have the perfect combination of business knowledge and a deep understanding of agriculture.
- Sales experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in sales.
- Cultivation knowledge: You are familiar with cultivation of vegetable crops, or arable farming.
- Excellent communication skills: You convince your interlocutors and bring negotiations to a good conclusion.
- Flexibility and self-organization: You switch effortlessly between customer visits and home office and always maintain an overview.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in Polish and English (if there is a willingness to learn, deficits in English are no problem).
