About Takii

At Takii you will find a working environment that combines tradition and innovation in an impressive way. With over 180 years of experience in the vegetable seed sector and over 30 years on the German market, Takii offers you the opportunity to become part of the international genetics pioneer.

In the 5th generation family business, you will benefit from flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, which will enable you to implement your ideas quickly and have a direct influence. The combination of Japanese precision and German work culture ensures an efficient and respectful atmosphere.

Unlike many other companies, Takii focuses exclusively on breeding high-quality seed varieties and does not offer any chemical products. With a wide range of training and development opportunities, you can develop your career and take your expertise to the next level.

To be even closer to its customers, Takii will take over the distribution of its products in Germany itself in the future. In this newly created role, you can help shape the business from the outset and set your own priorities.
